Description
Specificity:
Anti-Human Lambda is specific for lambda light chains of human imunoglobulins. This antibody also recognizes free lambda light chains and Bence-Jones lambda light chains. It is not reactive with kappa light chains.1

Antigen Distribution:
Approximately 50% of normal human B-lymphocytes express lambda light chains. B-cell leukemias may express either lambda or kappa light chains.

Formulation
This purified antibody is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage and Stability
This antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
Reported Applications
ELISA Cap, IHC (Frozen), FC
Flow Cytometry: It is recommended to use the indirect method for signal enhancement when enumerating cells expressing Lambda. A suggested method would be to stain cells expressing Lambda with Anti-Human Lambda at ≤1 µg per 1.0 X 106 cells in a 100 µl total staining volume, followed by Goat F(ab')2 Anti-Mouse IgG (H&L)-R-phycoerythrin (Leinco Prod. No.: M100).
