Specificity:
Mouse Anti-Human IgE (Clone 121) recognizes Human IgE. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Reporter Molecule:
Horseradish Peroxidase (HRPO) is an enzyme purified from horseradish root with a molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa.

Formulation
The antibody conjugate is supplied at a specific antibody concentration of 0.5 mg/ml. The optimal concentration for use should be determined by the investigator.
